Maria then transitioned to CopperPoint Insurance Companies, where they held various roles such as HR Specialist, HRIS Manager, Director, AVP, and Vice President, overseeing HR shared services and operations. Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated expertise in streamlining HR processes, managing payroll operations, and leading teams to deliver exceptional HR services.
