Irena Kostina

Irena Kostina has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Irena currently serves as the Head of Sales Representative Office at Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives since January 2020. Previously, they worked as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at RI.TRA.MA. RINK TRADING AND MANUFACTURING S.P.A. from August 2015 to January 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Development Director in Russia and CIS and Coach at CCL LLC, Center for Creative Leadership from November 2010 to August 2015. From 2002 to 2010, they worked for 3M, taking on various positions including Sales & Marketing Manager, Sales & Marketing Supervisor, Senior Sales Specialist, and Branded Key Account Sales Specialist. Irena began their career as a Project Specialist at Niro A/S from 2000 to 2002.

Irena Kostina obtained a Master's degree in Management & Marketing from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia from 1995 to 2002. Irena also earned a Specialist degree in Corporate Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, in 2011, they became a Certified consultant of Blue Ocean Strategy after completing the program at the Blue Ocean Strategy Center in Canada, Toronto. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued further education in Educational/Instructional Technology at the 4MAT Instructional Design Center.
