Ron Gasior Jr

Ron Gasior Jr has a strong background in operations and management, with extensive experience in the packaging industry. Their most recent position was as Sr. VP of Operations at GPA, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Operations at Rapak LLC, a TriMas Company.

Ron also held various roles at DS Smith, Plastics Division, including President of Flexible Packaging NA, General Manager of Rapak - North America, and Vice President of Operations. Before that, they worked as the Director of Operations at DS Smith Plastics - Rapak.

Earlier in their career, Ron held managerial positions at Pactiv, Pactiv Corp, Franklin Park Plant - Pactiv Corp, Prairie Packaging, Federalsburg Plant - Solo Cup Company, and Peterson Plant - Solo Cup Company.

Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated their ability to oversee plant operations, manage manufacturing and maintenance, and implement cost reduction initiatives. Ron has also worked with key customers and successfully led capital projects.

Ron Gasior Jr attended Purdue University from 1990 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. Ron later pursued a Masters of Business Administration at Wilmington University from 2002 to 2004.
