Theresa Negrin

Theresa Negrin, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Fedway Associates since September 2021, Theresa previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Express Stores, LLC from July 2017 to May 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Altice USA from March 2012 to June 2017, where responsibilities encompassed onsite HR support for multiple locations and over 300 employees, and at RICOH IMAGING AMERICAS CORPORATION from September 2004 to March 2012. Theresa possesses comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across all HR functions and has successfully partnered with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies. Theresa earned a BA in Communication from Pace University between 1981 and 1985.
