Maryanne Vaughn

Maryanne Vaughn has been working in Human Resources for the last five years, and is currently the HR Manager at FedWriters. Prior to their current position, Maryanne was the Program Operations & Support Manager at Metronome LLC, where they were responsible for maintaining strong relationships with 35 onsite employees, providing assistance to the Program Manager and acting as liaison between onsite employees and the home office. As Support Manager, they were responsible for all administrative components for onsite employees, including payroll, security clearances, onboarding and separation, and health care selections.

Before their time at Metronome LLC, Maryanne Vaughn worked as a Financial Analyst/Subcontracts Administrator at SGIS/Salient Federal Solutions. As Subcontracts Administrator, they were responsible for reviewing contractual documents to ensure contract compliance and resolve any problems pertaining to each individual contracts. As Financial Analyst, they were responsible for ensuring company stayed within the appropriate funding/ceiling for each individual type of contract. Maryanne also developed and maintained relationships with all companies we worked with during their time there.

Maryanne Vaughn began their career as an Administrative Assistant to the CEO at SkillStorm. In this position, they were responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and other executives in the company.
