Thomas also had a freelance career as a Writer/Editor, where they composed and edited technical documents for various companies and assisted in the development of procedure manuals and contract proposals.

Thomas managed all documentation for a US Navy Trusted program, aligned documentation with contract requirements, and worked closely with engineers and subject matter experts to gather and disseminate technical information.
Currently, Thomas is employed at FedWriters as a Program Manager. Thomas previously held the roles of Senior Technical Writer and Program Manager - Senior Technical Writer at the same company.
