Lisanne Hoogduijn

Lisanne Hoogduijn is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as VP People and Head of People at FeedbackFruits since May 2022, Lisanne is responsible for the development and implementation of the People Strategy, leading a team of four. Previously, Lisanne held the position of Head of People at Pricewise and served as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Flex IT Distribution, contributing significantly to HR operations across multiple countries. Earlier roles include HR Specialist and HR Coordinator at Bugaboo, HR Officer at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin, and a series of HR-related positions in various organizations. Lisanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and continues to enhance professional development through ongoing education programs.
