Mark Mollenkopf

Mark Mollenkopf has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mark is currently Vice President of Digital Platform Technology at Feeding America. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Product Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Feeding America, Mark worked at Mid-Ohio Foodbank as a Strategic Solutions Developer, where they utilized technology and information systems to fight hunger. Mark also served as the Pantry Coordinator, overseeing the launch and development of the Kroger Community Pantry. Mark Mollenkopf also worked at Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio as an Assistant Manager for the Mobile Food Pantry. Mark started their career as the co-founder and owner of Immerheim Ltd., specializing in Quality Control and Inspection services for the automotive industry. Before that, they were the CIO at Onventures Ltd. Mark gained project management experience at Safelite Glass Corp. and worked as a Materials Manager at Micro Center earlier in their career.
