Noreen Castor

Noreen Castor serves as the Senior Manager II of Network Fundraising Services at Feeding America, focusing on enhancing the fundraising and leadership capabilities of a nationwide network of 200 food banks. With a career spanning various organizations, Noreen has a proven track record in developing effective fundraising strategies, leading successful events, and fostering collaborative communication. Notable achievements include the successful transition of the Fundraising Planning Institute to an in-person format post-pandemic and the creation of innovative campaigns that elevate nonprofit messaging. Additionally, Noreen is an Advisory Board member at Prosper Strategies, contributing to marketing and communications strategies for the nonprofit sector. Previous roles include leadership positions at the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, and various other nonprofit and fundraising organizations. Noreen holds a Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Management and a minor in Marketing from Purdue University.
