Paul started their career at Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Management Consulting) in May 1994 as an Associate. Paul then moved to i2 Technologies in September 1999 as a Senior Manager. In March 2002, they became the Vice President of Marketing at Optum, Inc. (formerly WorldChain, Inc.). In October 2004, they joined US Foods as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Paul held this position until May 2013.

During their time at US Foods, Paul was responsible for financial planning, analysis and forecasting, long range financial and strategic planning, corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions, board and rating agency presentations, private equity sponsors (KKR and Clayton Dublier & Rice), capital expenditures planning, business process improvement and cost reduction initiatives, and finance staff hiring, training and development.

In May 2013, Paul became the CFO at Feeding America. Paul is responsible for the financial management of the organization. This includes overseeing the accounting, budgeting, cash management, and financial reporting of the organization.

Paul Henrys attended Harvard University, where they earned a BA.
