Rachel Leidenfrost

Rachel Leidenfrost has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel has worked at FeedMore WNY since 2019, where they currently serve as the Executive Vice President, People & Projects. In this role, they are responsible for project management, internal consulting, and overseeing various operational departments. Rachel also played a key role in the merger of Meals on Wheels for WNY and Food Bank of WNY, leading numerous strategic initiatives and crisis management efforts.

Prior to their role at FeedMore WNY, Rachel worked at Daemen College as the Associate Vice President, Marketing & Communications. During their tenure, they led a team, integrated marketing and communications functions, and developed effective marketing strategies.

Rachel also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked at Meals on Wheels for WNY as the Chief Communications Officer. In this role, they played a crucial part in the organization's marketing, communications, and government affairs strategy.

Earlier in their career, Rachel worked at M&T Bank as the Vice President, Internal Communications. Rachel provided strategic communications support to various internal partners and played a key role in initiatives such as intranet redesign and employee engagement surveys.

Rachel's work experience also includes a role as the Marketing Manager at Eastern Hills Mall.

Through their diverse roles, Rachel has demonstrated their expertise in project management, marketing and communications, strategic planning, and leadership.

Rachel Leidenfrost earned their BA in Public Communications from Buffalo State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they attended Canisius University from 2004 to 2008, completing their MBA with a focus on Marketing.
