Rachel Leidenfrost has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rachel has worked at FeedMore WNY since 2019, where they currently serve as the Executive Vice President, People & Projects. Earlier in their career, Rachel worked at M&T Bank as the Vice President, Internal Communications. Rachel provided strategic communications support to various internal partners and played a key role in initiatives such as intranet redesign and employee engagement surveys.
