Edward Duffy has over two decades of comprehensive experience in IT support and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering at Feedonomics since August 2020, Edward has held various roles including Sales Engineering Manager and Lead Sales Engineer. Prior to this, Edward was On Site Support Manager at Innova Solutions, overseeing a team of 22 engineers delivering application and infrastructure support. Edward also served as Principal Consultant for Oracle Hyperion EPM Infrastructure at Infrasolved, engaging with C-level management to implement strategic solutions. Earlier positions include Senior IT Technical Support Supervisor at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where Edward supervised technical support teams across multiple datacenters, and earlier roles at Digex that included Technical Account Manager and IT Technical Support Manager, focusing on client support and team development.
