Joana Luiz

Joana Luiz is an experienced professional in revenue and customer success operations, currently serving as VP of Revenue Operations and VP of Customer Success Operations at Feedzai since February 2019. Prior to this, Joana held several positions at TIMWETECH from July 2007 to January 2019, including Business Unit Director for the Mobile Credit business unit, with responsibilities in P&L management, product development, sales, and business strategy. Joana also served as Sales and Marketing Manager for LatAm at Electronic Arts, focused on games distribution and monetization, and held roles that included Sales and Marketing Manager for Brazil and Senior Analyst during Nasdaq IPO preparation. Joana's academic background includes a Master in Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics.
