Ella Sliwa has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ella started their career in 2011 as an Office PR Manager and Main Assistant to the Designer at Libelula, where they worked until 2014. Ella then joined Emmy London as a Sales Manager from 2014 to 2015. Ella then worked as a Personal Assistant at Longshot Limited from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Ella joined MOD PIZZA UK, where they held multiple roles. Ella started as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and FD and also assisted the wider team with ad-hoc tasks. Ella ran the MOD UK office and planned large-scale events. From 2020 to 2020, they took on the role of a Community Engagement Manager/EA. In this role, they managed local outreach, partnership set-ups, and online customer platforms. Ella also assisted with marketing campaigns and managed customer feedback across 10 restaurant sites.
