Marjorie Singer has served as in-house chief counsel for non-profit organizations in New York City, including the Vera Institute of Justice, MDRC (social policy research), and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Early in her career she worked as a legal services lawyer within the Navajo Nation and as a litigation associate at the Seattle law firm MacDonald, Hoague & Bayless.
