Overview: We're in search of a B2B Sales Manager to drive our business relationships and elevate our sales efforts within the business-to-business landscape. As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead relationship building, lead generation, and strategic sales initiatives to fortify our position in the market.
Responsibilities:
Forge Robust Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with B2B clients, prospects, and industry contacts to cultivate enduring partnerships and foster business growth.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Initiate and execute effective lead generation strategies, ensuring prompt follow-ups to convert potential leads into long-term business associations.
Effective Communication Channels: Engage B2B clientele via diverse communication channels, encompassing phone, Skype, and email, including proactive outreach such as cold calling.
Efficient Data Management: Oversee seamless information and order processing utilizing CRM and stock systems, ensuring streamlined and efficient sales operations.
Collaborative Sales Initiatives: Collaborate closely with the Logistics team to synchronize sales efforts, focusing on up-selling and cross-selling endeavours to maximize revenue opportunities.
Representational Role: Act as the face of our company at prominent B2B events, contributing to our presence and networking with industry leaders.
Knowledge Sharing Platforms: Organize and orchestrate B2B-focused webinars and online training sessions, offering insights into our products and services.
