Tom Betts

Tom Betts has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tom is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Feenix Venture Partners, LLC, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at DataWarhorse from 2018 to 2019.

Before joining DataWarhorse, Tom served as the Vice President of Middle Office at Tremblant Capital from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they managed fund accounting and operations for $2 billion in assets under management across various strategies. Their responsibilities included NAV reconciliations, P&L reporting, risk management, trade operations, investor reporting, and legal filings.

Tom also gained experience at PwC, where they started as an Assurance Intern in 2010 before becoming an Experienced Associate in the Alternative Asset Management division from 2011 to 2013. During their time at PwC, they worked primarily with hedge funds, fund of funds, and business development company clients, leading audit procedures and testing.

Additionally, Tom had a research internship at PitchBook Data in 2010, where they conducted projects on private equity and venture capital information to expand the company's database platform.

Tom Betts obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
