Alissa Giler

In 2021, Alissa Giler joined the FeganScott team as a paralegal. With experience ranging from high-stakes commercial litigation to IP strategy and patent litigation, Alissa leverages her unique trial experience to help drive forward successful and efficient representation.

In addition to more than eight years at Williams & Connolly LLP, Alissa most recently worked as an IP litigation paralegal for Nelson Bumgardner Albritton P.C. Her role in IP litigation included being part of a team that secured a $22 million trial verdict against Apple for patent infringement. In these roles, Alissa became adept at managing high-volume discovery cases, a skill that continues to support her as a paralegal at FeganScott.

Alissa earned her Bachelor of Arts in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland.
