Ann Bowers, PE, PTOE, PTP, has over 15 years of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Principal, Senior Associate, and Associate at Fehr & Peers since November 2011. Prior to this role, Ann Bowers worked as Regional Manager/Dept.
