Aled Jones

Aled Jones has worked in the field of HR since 2013. From May 2013 to December 2015, they worked as an HR Administrator/Training Coordinator at Dawnus Construction Ltd. In January 2016, they joined FEI FOODS LIMITED as an HR Officer and later became an HR Manager in December 2016. Currently, Aled holds the position of Head of HR at FEI FOODS LIMITED since August 2021.

Aled Jones completed a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Communication from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2009 and 2012. Later, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Continuing their education, Aled Jones completed CIPD Level 7 in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David from 2016 to 2018.
