Lynne McNaughton

Lynne McNaughton currently serves as Director/Trustee at Forth Environment Link, a Scottish environmental charity focused on enhancing community connections through sustainable practices. Previous experience includes leadership roles in various government departments, such as Head of Organisational Development and Head of People and Learning, where responsibilities included driving strategic changes in employee wellbeing and developing effective people strategies. Lynne has also managed HR services and served as a Senior Business Analyst during significant organizational transformations. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Economics and Social Anthropology from Swansea University and an MBA from The Open University Business School.
