Michael Hovda

Michael Hovda has extensive work experience in the entertainment industry and has held various roles at Feld Entertainment. Michael started in 1995 as an Ensemble Skater and worked their way up to become a Line Captain and Assistant Line Captain. From 2001 to 2004, they served as a Performance Director. Michael then transitioned into managerial positions, including Tour Manager and Human Resources Specialist in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Michael became the Director of Touring Operations in 2006 and later took on the role of Project Lead for New Productions. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Director of Touring Operations and held this position until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at IMG Academy in a role focused on Events. Currently, Michael is a Senior Director overseeing Production and Touring Operations at Feld Entertainment, a role they have held since 2021.

Michael Hovda completed their high school education at Norte Vista High School from 1988 to 1992, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on Drama/Theatre Arts and Stagecraft. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
