Ms. Randall, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ms. currently holds the position of HR Business Partner (Director) - Talent Acquisition at Feld Entertainment, where they lead the overall strategy and execution of talent acquisition. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment at Grambling State University. Ms. Randall also gained valuable experience as an HR Administrator (Assistant Director) at the University of South Florida and as an HR Manager (Corporate) at Champs Sports. Ms. began their career as an Employment & HR Recruitment Manager at the University of South Florida and later worked as an HR Executive Recruiter/HRIS Administrator at the Miami HEAT. Overall, Ms. Randall has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and departmental restructuring throughout their career.

Ms. Randall, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Grambling State University from 1993 to 1998. Ms. then pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of the People, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained various certifications, including Executive Leadership and Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in 2022, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, a New Home Co-Broker Certificate from New Home Co-Broker Academy LLC in 2020, and they are also a Notary Public in the State of Florida since July 2017 and a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida since February 2014.
