Katiuzca Loaiza-Espinoza

Katiuzca Loaiza-Espinoza currently serves as the Associate Director for Residential Education and Development at Felician University, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Katiuzca was the Director of Inclusion and Engagement at The College of Saint Rose from July 2022 to May 2024 and the Director of Multicultural Affairs & Residential Education at Cazenovia College from September 2020 to November 2021. Katiuzca's earlier roles include Assistant Director/Community Development Specialist at the State University of New York College at Oswego and various positions at the State University of New York College at Brockport, including Resident Hall Director and Fraternity and Sorority Life Assistant Coordinator. Katiuzca also served as a Graduate Intern and Assistant for Volunteer Services at The University of Texas at San Antonio, where Katiuzca earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Katiuzca is a Doctoral Candidate in Executive Leadership at St. John Fisher University, following a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature & Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
