Mischa Vaughn

Mischa is the Head of Content at Felicis. In this role, he works with the team at Felicis to share stories and insights that will empower, inspire, and enlighten founders all around the world. With over a decade of experience in media and tech, and extensive understanding of multiple formats and channels, Mischa also helps companies achieve their creative ambitions.

Previously, Mischa was a content and communications leader at a number of high-growth, multi-billion dollar companies. At Webflow he grew the content team from 2 to 10 and grew blog search traffic over 600% and social audience by 200%; he produced TV ads, branded websites, billboards, and he led the launch a unique streaming platform, Webflow TV. At Carta he directed a strategy to regularly share stories based on their industry-leading data and analysis. At Pivotal he started a publication, created an award-nominated podcast, and worked through their IPO. He was also one of the first 150 employees at Twitter, where he worked on the media partnerships team including projects like integrating Twitter into professional sports leagues and conducting a town hall with President Obama. He started his career as a consultant for the TED Conferences.

Mischa grew up in the mountains of Costa Rica and graduated from Bard College where he studied Literature and Creative Writing. He currently lives in the Bay Area.
