María Auersperg De Lera

María is an Investor at Felix Capital, having previously invested in, worked in, and advised high growth tech companies across Europe and the US.

She joined Felix from Mosaic Ventures, a London-based early stage venture capital firm, where she focused on consumer and consumerised software investments. She was previously part of the Lyft's Operations Strategy Team in San Francisco, where she worked with the management team on the launch of key growth initiatives, such as the first self-driving pilots, in-house rental car program and micromobility. She started her career at Credit Suisse's Tech Investment Banking Team in San Francisco, advising on equity and M&A financings for Software and Consumer Internet clients.
