Alexa Littleton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Felix since May 2023, Alexa previously held key roles at intelliHR as Partnerships Manager and Customer Success Manager, and at Chewzie as Head of Customer Onboarding. From February 2015 to July 2021, Alexa was with Scout Talent, focusing on operational leadership within the Software and Services Operations Teams and overseeing client success initiatives. Educationally, Alexa holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Psychology with a Research Specialization from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained in 2014.
