Mirna Shaltout

Mirna Shaltout is a Customer Success Specialist at Fellow.app, having progressed from Tier 1 to Tier 2 since September 2021. Previously, Mirna served as Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Service Representative at Healthy Planet from November 2019 to September 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as Communications Coordinator and Project Coordinator at CARFAC National in 2018. Mirna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Art History from Carleton University.
