Elaine Gao

Elaine Gao is an accomplished executive in operations and supply chain management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager for APAC at Fellow since September 2020, Elaine has demonstrated expertise in developing global operations to sustain significant growth amid numerous challenges. Prior to this role, Elaine was the Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Doppler Labs, where notable achievements included managing the P&L for a $300 million operation and implementing production strategies. Additionally, Elaine served as Managing Director at MSDP Trading, establishing successful operations in China and achieving substantial cost savings. Earlier experiences at Amphenol Corporation and Amphenol RF involved strategic sourcing, logistics management, and operational consultancy. Elaine holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai International Studies University.
