Bayley Clausen

Bayley Clausen is a Project Engineer at Fellowes Brands since April 2023, previously holding various engineering roles at Newell Brands from May 2017 to February 2023. During this tenure, Bayley worked as a Product Engineer in the Beverage segment and for Elmer's/X-ACTO, where responsibilities included collaborating with local teams and overseas suppliers on product development, qualifying new products, and enhancing existing product performance. Early experience includes a rotational associate position focused on pens and pencils, and an internship within the markers group, utilizing CAD and FEA tools for product optimization. Bayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has prior experience as a logo designer and independent artist.
