Carla Vaughan

Carla Vaughan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager UK and UK HR Business Partner at Fellowes Brands since January 2020. Previously, Carla held HR Business Partner roles at JELD-WEN UK and Sherwin-Williams, along with an HR Advisor position at Tata Steel UK, and various roles at Corus, including HR Graduate and HR Placement Student. Carla completed a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in HRM through cHRysos HR Solutions and holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. In addition to professional roles, Carla serves as the Chair of School Governors at the Doncaster School for the Deaf, the oldest Deaf school in the country, since November 2023 in a voluntary capacity.
