Dr. Joel Hazard currently serves as the Head of Academic Collaboration and Culture at Fellowship Christian School, contributing to the strategic vision and planning of the school's academic and cultural development since June 2021. As a co-founder of the Christian Educators Diversity Alliance since January 2017, Dr. Hazard facilitates dialogue and training on diversity, equity, and inclusion within a Biblical context. Previously, Dr. Hazard held the position of Head of Upper School at Fort Bend Christian Academy from June 2019 to June 2021, where the focus was on enhancing student learning through data-driven guidance and fostering community relationships. Dr. Hazard's experience also includes mentoring leadership students at Gordon College, and various roles at Mount Paran Christian School, including Assistant Head of High School and Dean of Students. Dr. Hazard earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from Boston College, followed by a Master's Degree and Specialist in Education in Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University, culminating in a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the same institution.
