Dr. Joel Schuster

Dr. Joel Schuster serves as the Chief Advancement Officer at Fellowship Christian School, a role held since July 2019, and has previously occupied positions such as Director of Advancement and Director of Development at the same institution. Prior experience includes serving as Channel Director at World Vision USA and Director of Marketing and Enrollment at Delaware County Christian School, where responsibilities involved directing admissions and marketing to enhance enrollment. Dr. Schuster's background also includes significant roles in church leadership, notably as Lead Pastor at Marsh Creek Community Church, along with experience in project management and sales at Residential Systems Design. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University, an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Gordon College, a Master of Arts in Youth and Next Generation Pastoral studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Gordon College.
