Todd Blount

Todd Blount currently serves as the Manager of Technical Publications at the Louisiana Transportation Research Center, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Todd was the Pastor of Discipleship & Assimilation at Crossings Community Church, where significant achievements included recruiting and training over 75 volunteers and developing strategies that positively impacted more than 200 guests and 250 adult members. Todd’s experience also encompasses leadership roles at Fellowship Church, where responsibilities included overseeing staff, managing financial and personnel matters, and facilitating growth through various strategic initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Ministry in Organizational Leadership and a Master's in Theological and Ministerial Studies from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Baylor University.
