Fellowship House
Hany Urdaneta, LMHC-QS, CST, currently serves as the MRST Supervisor at Fellowship House since June 2021 and as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Compass Mental Health Services, Inc. since October 2020. Previously, Urdaneta coordinated the Forensic and Jail Diversion Program at Community Health of South Florida, Inc. from January 2020 to October 2020 and managed the Forensic Multidisciplinary Team at Fellowship House from February 2017 to January 2020, overseeing both administrative and clinical supervision. Urdaneta's earlier roles include a Legal Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and a Legal Assistant at Herman, Mermelstein & Horowitz, P.A. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Sexology from the International Institute of Clinical Sexology, a Master in Psychology with a focus on Mental Health from Albizu University, and a Bachelor in Science in Criminal Justice from Johnson & Wales University.

Fellowship House
Fellowship House is a private, not-for-profit psychosocial rehabilitation center for individuals who experience severe and persistent psychiatric disabilities including those with co-occurring substance abuse disorders. It is the mission of Fellowship House to assist adults with severe and persistent psychiatric disabilities and individuals that also have co-occurring substance abuse disorders, achieve the maximum level of community integration and self reliance. This is accomplished by providing a comprehensive continuum of programs and services offering supportive opportunities for vocational and social rehabilitation as well as residential options, psychiatric and case management services. Fellowship House is committed to helping the persons served, who are called “members”, to better understand their illness, develop coping strategies, improve their quality of life and experience recovery.
