Cate Bailey

Cate Bailey is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Campus Missionary for FOCUS Catholic since May 2024. Prior experience includes an Industrial Engineer role at CHRISTUS Health, where responsibilities involved developing an operating room analytics tool, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and optimizing patient throughput processes to enhance efficiency across multiple hospitals. Prior to that, Cate gained experience as a Demand Management Co-Op at Texas Instruments, managing order logistics during the semiconductor shortage and enhancing production queue processes. Academic contributions include research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University's Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering. Cate holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained in 2022.
