Michelle Guidry-Streeter

COTR Level II at FEMA Corporation

Michelle Guidry-Streeter has extensive experience in property management and contract oversight, currently serving as the FEMA Asset Manager since June 2005, where responsibilities include establishing and maintaining records of Federal assets and overseeing the management of property transactions within FEMA's Logistics Inventory Management System. Additionally, since March 2009, Michelle has held a COTR Level II position, monitoring federal contracts for FEMA, and has supervised property sales through the General Services Administration since February 2006. Prior experience includes roles as an Office Manager for various contractors, focusing on cost control, purchasing, and employee management from 1996 to 2004. Educational credentials include a COTR Level II certification from Defense Acquisitions University, an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Delta School of Business and Technology, and a diploma from Sulphur High School.
