Thais Carballido

Thais Carballido currently serves as Especialista de Inteligência Comercial at re.green and as Líder De Voluntárias Investidoras at Female Force Latam, where efforts focus on empowering women entrepreneurs across Latin America. Previously, Thais held positions as a Senior Analyst at Altitude Ventures and as a Private Equity and Venture Capital ESG Analyst at Península Participações, contributing to investment analyses and educational sector investment strategies. Thais also gained experience at KPTL, analyzing startup investment opportunities, and interned in sales at Unilever. Early experience includes managing project organization for a recruitment fair at FEA júnior USP. Thais holds a degree from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo.
