Beth Bell

Beth Bell serves as the Director of Corporate Programs and President of the Roanoke Community at FemCity®, where the focus is on enhancing strategic DEIB, ERG, employee culture, and women initiatives. Additionally, Beth publishes Macaroni KID Roanoke, providing family engagement resources in the area, and is the founder of Bell Media, Events, and Branding, LLC, integrating various marketing and event planning pursuits. Noteworthy past roles include Executive Director of the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber of Commerce, characterized by significant membership growth and program development, and a career at Anthem, Inc. spanning roles in business change management, process improvement, and training. Beth holds a BBA in Business Management from Radford University.
