Hen Wandersman is an experienced professional specializing in customer experience and project development, currently serving as a CX strategy consultant and project developer with the Israel Defense Forces since December 2022. At Femi, Hen holds the position of Head of Customer Experience & Operations in the mental health care department and previously led the Corona Service Division and Customer Experience Division at the Ministry of Health from May 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included establishing service centers and managing a team of 1,200 representatives.
