Limor Harnik Kassus

Limor Harnik Kassus is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Femi since March 2022, Limor previously held the position of HR Manager at Osem Nestle from July 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing HR aspects for a large workforce and driving cultural transformation initiatives. Prior to that, Limor held HR Manager positions at Colmobil Corp., Kimberly-Clark, and Opticana, providing strategic HR support to top management and enhancing employee development processes. Limor began a career in recruitment at ManpowerGroup, advancing from Placement Consultant to Senior Placement Unit Manager. Limor holds an MBA in HR Consulting and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
