Sharon Zuk

Sharon Zuk serves as the Director of Operation and Service at Femi Premium since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading services and operations across three verticals while enhancing customer experience and operational processes. Prior experience includes a tenure at Pelephone from January 1998 to February 2017, where Zuk held various roles, including Head of HQ Department at the Business Customer Division, overseeing project management in information systems and revenue analysis. Additionally, Zuk managed cross-organizational projects, initiated process improvements, and led a team of account managers responsible for a portfolio of 1,500 SME customers. Sharon Zuk holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
