Ananda Palmore is a Creative Strategist at Decoded Advertising and a 2023 Mentee at Femme It Forward. Previously, Ananda served as a Strategist Fellow at Monks, collaborating with senior leadership to create content across various platforms and managing multiple roles in the media industry, including Jr. Content Writer, Jr. Influencer Marketing Strategist, Jr. Unscripted Producer, and Jr. Copywriter. Ananda's experience also includes working as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent at Concentrix and gaining on-set production experience as a Lead Actor at HBCU in LA. Ananda's professional journey began as a Content Moderator at TELUS International and featured a notable stint as a Content Creator for Adobe Max. Ananda graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Spelman College, where academic excellence was consistently demonstrated through maintaining the Dean's List for four years.
