Shantel Teixeira is a multifaceted professional with a Bachelor's degree in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music and extensive experience in youth development and the creative arts. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Beat The Odds, Shantel is involved in developing programming and coordinating events for youth participants. In addition, Shantel holds several leadership roles, including Northeast Chapter Secretary for Femme It Forward and Project Manager for The Floor Lords Festival. Previous experiences include work with Music Managers Forum-US, ROOTD., and an A&R Intern position at gamma. With a strong background in marketing, talent management, and event coordination, Shantel is committed to fostering connectivity and opportunities within the music industry.
