Agata Hauerová is a professional specializing in internal communication and mentorship with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Agata serves as the Manažerka interní komunikace at Penta Hospitals since July 2024 and holds roles as a Lektorka a mentorka at SUHR, focusing on internal communication and mentoring through educational initiatives. Additionally, Agata is a Mentorka at Femme Palette, providing guidance on personal branding and communication skills, particularly for corporate mentees and Generation Z students. Agata has a rich background in internal communication, previously leading teams at Air Bank a.s. and Direct pojišťovna, a.s., and contributing to organizations like E.ON CZ and JuiceUP. Agata began a career in social media and communication starting from 2012, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Czech Language and Literature from Charles University.
