Stéphanie LEONE is the Co-founder and CEO of Sisters Republic, a leading brand of menstrual underwear in France, with a presence in Canada, Germany, and Italy since February 2019. Under Stéphanie LEONE's leadership, Sisters Republic was recognized as the second fastest-growing e-commerce company in France according to Similarweb's "Digital 100" ranking in January 2024. Additionally, Stéphanie LEONE serves as CEO of FEMPO, which was acquired by Sisters Republic in 2023 and known as the first menstrual underwear brand launched in Europe. Before this, Stéphanie LEONE founded and led Mamy Factory, an innovative e-commerce site focused on DIY knitting, until its exit in 2018. Stéphanie LEONE's extensive experience also includes marketing and communication roles at af2m and project management positions at Everest Marketing Group and Proximity Paris. Stéphanie LEONE holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and Marketing from ICN Business School and has pursued studies in Marketing at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and international commerce at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
