Georgina Tamez

Georgina Tamez has significant experience in talent management, currently serving as Jefe de Atracción y Planeación de Talento at FEMSA since October 2021. Prior to this role, Georgina worked at CEMIX as Planeación de Talento and at Grupo DEACERO in various positions including Coordinador de Gestión del Talento and Analista de Reclutamiento y Selección. Georgina began a career in athletics as a Student Athlete at the University of Oklahoma from August 2012 to December 2016, where leadership was demonstrated by leading the Sprints Squad on the Women's Track & Field Team while balancing academics. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from The University of Oklahoma.
