Darius Gadonas

Darius Gadonas currently serves as the CEO of FEMTIKA since October 2023. Prior to this role, Darius held various positions at Light Conversion from September 2003 to June 2025, including Consultant, Division Manager, R&D Group Manager, R&D Engineer, and Field Service Engineer. Darius began the professional career as a Computer Specialist at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Vilnius from February 1998 to April 2003 and worked as a Laboratory Assistant at Vilnius University from October 1997 to May 2002. Academically, Darius obtained a Master's degree in Laser Physics and Optical Technology from Vilnius University (1996-2002) and later earned a Master of Business Management from ISM University of Management and Economics (2018-2020).
