Sam Fok

Sam Fok is the Founder and CEO of femtoAI, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Sam Fok was a Graduate Student in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University from September 2011 to June 2018, where a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering were earned. Additionally, Sam Fok contributed as a Senior Summer Undergraduate Fellow at the Center for Innovation in Neuroscience and Technology, managing a team focused on medical device development and creating an automatic suturing device. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Engineers without Borders student chapter at Washington University in St. Louis from April 2010 to April 2011, and as a teaching assistant in a neurophysiology lab course. Sam Fok also participated in research on multi-neuron correlations during sensory integration at the Washington University School of Medicine from April 2008 to August 2009 and worked on developing an Alzheimer's therapeutic device as a Summer Undergraduate Fellow at the same center.
