Over the last ten years he has lead both large public and small private organizations through commercialization and rapid growth. Joe was the COO/CEO of Thermal Technology an advanced materials company which was sold to GTAT (NASDAQ: GTAT) in 2013 and CEO of Triformix, an optical components company which was sold to Bio-Rad Labs (NASDAQ: BIO) in 2012. He has also held executive positions in technology development and operations in Statschippak (contract mfg), Wispry (MEMS), and Skyworks (NASDAQ: SWKS) (RF semiconductor).
